Dwight Howard Blocks Out His Baby Mama

You'll never hear a negative word said about Dwight Howard by his baby mama ... because according to a judge, she's not even allowed to speak his name.

According to documents filed in Florida, the Orlando Magic superstar went to war in October with Royce Lyndsay Reed -- the mother of his 2-year-old son -- after she allegedly called him a deadbeat dad on her blog, Twitter and even during an ESPN interview.

Dwight also alleges Royce "is attempting to become a celebrity" from being his baby mama ... even agreeing to "participate in a VH1 television show called 'NBA Wives.'"

Dwight ended up winning a permanent injunction against Royce -- and according to the documents, she's banned from "using or publishing (orally, in writing, or otherwise), directly, indirectly or by innuendo, [Dwight's] name, nicknames, image, brand photographs, and/or likeness."

That finely manicured line of lawyerspeak makes it damn near impossible for Royce to appear on "Wives" ... unless she calls herself the baby mama of He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named.

Yeah, that was a Harry Potter reference. What?

Shaq Wants Wife Thrown Out of Cali Court

Shaquille O'Neal wants to teach his estranged wife Shaunie Nelson a thing or two about getting thrown out. We've learned Shaq is trying to boot Shaunie from the entire court system in California.

Shaunie filed legal papers in California earlier this month for legal separation, having moved to L.A. just days earlier.

We've learned Shaq's lawyers filed legal docs, alleging Shaunie has no right to use the California divorce courts because they are residents of Florida.

As we first reported, Shaunie stands to get more spousal support in California.

Not So Fast, Hasselbeck -- Author Sues Again

The woman who sued Elisabeth Hasselbeck for copyright infringement just won't take no for an answer.

TMZ has learned Susan Hassett just filed her second lawsuit over Hasselbeck's book -- "The G Free Diet" -- even though a judge tossed out Hassett's first suit earlier this month after her lawyer decided not to pursue the case.

Hassett -- who claims Beck's book is a rip-off of her own publication, "Living with Celiac Disease" -- tells TMZ her original lawsuit was shot down because of a technicality ... she failed to provide the necessary copyright information for "Living."

Hassett's new suit, which was filed today in federal court in Massachusetts, includes plenty of copyright info for "Living" ... plus claims that Hasselbeck's book is "misleading and dangerous" to those who suffer from Celiac disease.

Hassett once again wants the court to stop the presses on "G Free" and yank it from bookstores everywhere.

Calls to Hasselbeck's people have not been returned.

Investigation Over Brutal Attack at Jay-Z's Club

Warning: This video contains graphic and violent images. Viewer discretion is advised.

Jay-Z's The 40/40 Club in Atlantic City is under investigation after a video surfaced showing several hulking bouncers brutally attacking two male patrons in the club parking lot over the weekend.

In the footage, captured by DJ Zeke, roughly ten men wearing "security" and "event staff" shirts gang up and repeatedly beat the two men -- who can barely defend themselves against the ruthless mob.

Cops say charges will be filed against several bouncers -- and they are currently reviewing the tape to identify the men involved in the attack.

But get this -- the two victims were arrested after the beatdown and charged with disorderly conduct because security told cops they had acted inappropriately inside the club.

The two men claimed they did nothing wrong inside or outside of the club. The tape seems to back their story.

A rep for the club tells TMZ: "We can't comment on the fight. We are doing our own investigation in addition to the police investigation. It's really in the hands of the police at this point. The 40/40 club has never had anything like this happen before and we take the safety of our patrons seriously."

Debbie Rowe Photog 911 -- Attacked with a Bat

TMZ has obtained the 911 call made by a photographer who claims some rabid Michael Jackson fans attacked him with a bat earlier this month ... an incident the photog blames on a lawsuit he recently filed against Debbie Rowe.

In the call, which was made on November 22, you can hear photographer Ed Frommer tell the dispatcher it all started when two cars pulled up beside him on a road in Lancaster, CA.

Frommer says three men exited the cars -- and that one of the guys told Frommer to stay away from Debbie, while another man began "pushing me with the bat through my window."

Frommer told us last week he thought the goons were mad at him because of the defamation lawsuit he filed against Debbie -- but he doesn't believe Debbie had any connection to the alleged incident.

Troopers Make Hospital Visit Over Tiger Woods

Tiger WoodsTMZ has learned two Florida Highway Patrol troopers paid a visit today to the hospital where Tiger Woods was transported early Friday morning.

Witnesses at the hospital say the troopers were looking for information related to Woods' visit.

An FHP spokesperson has just said the department has not sought a search warrant for Tiger's medical records associated with his treatment. However, as TMZ first reported, the department is pursuing a warrant -- though it has not formally sought one out -- after being shut down by Tiger's lawyer.

The FHP wants to know if Tiger's wounds were the result of the SUV accident or a domestic dispute with his wife, Elin Nordegren.

We do not know if the troopers obtained medical information from hospital personnel. We do know the troopers have left the hospital.

Tiger Woods -- Let's Go to the Videotape

There's something the Florida Highway Patrol wants even more than catching a glimpse of Tiger Woods' wounds -- the video from the surveillance cameras at the family home.

Tiger Woods -- Let's Go to the Videotape
TMZ has learned the home of Tiger and wife Elin Nordegren is fully loaded with security cameras and we're told at least one of the cameras show Tiger's exit from the house. We know the FHP wants the video.

As we first reported, the FHP wants a search warrant for Tiger's medical records. They also want the video. The question, even if the FHP gets a warrant for the video: What, if any, footage exists at this point?

Then again, it's possible Tiger would willingly fork over the video. Or maybe not.

Stay tuned...

Serena Fined for Dropping F-Bombs on Judge

Serena Williams must now put her money where her foul mouth is. She's just been fined a record amount of cash for going ballistic on a line judge at the U.S. Open back in September.

Serana Williams

A Grand Slam official announced that Serena was fined $82,500 and will be placed on a "probationary period" for the next four Grand Slam events ... meaning if she blasts off again, she could get barred from the next U.S. Open tournament and fined $175,000.

Serena's fine is almost twice as much as the last person to hold the record for highest Grand Slam fine -- Jeff Tarango had to fork over $48k for telling an umpire to "shut up" after a call back in 1995. Oh, Jeff's wife also slapped the umpire in the face. Good times...

Serena went all John McEnroe at the Open on September 12 when the line judge called her out for a foot fault -- check out our video of the incident -- which ended up costing the 11-time Grand Slam singles champion the match.

Dr. Phil Show: You Can't Throw Us Under the Bus

Dr. PhilDr. Phil wants everyone to know he wasn't responsible for a 2007 bus crash that injured 17 mothers -- it was all that pesky bus company's fault.

According to docs filed last week in L.A. Superior Court, the production company behind the "Dr. Phil" show claims it ain't their problem the bus they hired to transport a group of mothers to see the show had faulty brakes ... and ultimately plowed into a tree.

The "Dr. Phil" show was sued back in September by 5 passengers who claimed the show "negligently hired" a crappy bus to transport them to a taping of the show -- and therefore the crash was partly the show's fault.

So far, Dr. Phil's company has denied all liability -- but if a court says Dr. Phil and his people are liable anyway, the show wants the bus company to cover their fair share of the damages.

Pamela Bach Busted for DUI

Pamela BachDavid Hasselhoff's ex-wife, Pamela Bach, had her own issues with alcohol last night -- we've learned she was arrested for DUI ... and she will probably do jail time.

According to law enforcement sources, Bach took a breathalyzer test and blew a .14 and a .13.

She was taken to Van Nuys where she was booked and released. Bach tells TMZ, "I am remorseful and mortified. I am going through a really difficult time between David being in the hospital and dealing with the divorce." By the way, the divorce was final in 2007.

Bach added that she was trying to comfort her daughters earlier in the evening, then went to dinner where she had a few drinks.

According to official documents, bail was set at $15,000. Bach said she was released on her own recognizance and will attend an AA meeting today.

Bach was busted for DUI in March, 2009, pled no contest and was placed on probation. A second DUI in California gets you mandatory jail time.

UPDATE 5:55 PM ET: We just got off the phone with Pamela. She says she's on the way to an AA meeting right now. She says her girls "love and support her."

Mike Tyson's LAX Fight Exposes Blind Spot

Mike TysonMike Tyson's run-in with a photog at LAX earlier this month may have unearthed a lapse in security at one of the biggest airports in the world.

Sources tell TMZ Tyson's fight with the pap was not recorded by any camera other the one the photog had -- not a security camera, nothing. You'd think at an airport as highly-trafficked as LAX you couldn't go anywhere without being caught on video -- with the exception of the bathroom, of course.

The City Attorney has not yet decided what charges, if any, will be filed against either Tyson, the photog, or both.
